Movement of the nozzle can be carefully controlled to prevent accidental splashing through the slats. The gearbox-operated controls will not creep or wander, and are all accessible from the “dry side” of the pump. Hydraulic-powered cast iron gate valves eliminate seepage, and common debris like toe caps are no longer a problem. Available with 6” or 8” discharge in 8, 9 or 10 foot models.
